Exceed Services, LLC was founded by Jeff Urbanski (click for resume) in February, 2003 and is located in Pickerington, OH.  Exceed is licensed to do business by the State of Ohio and Fairfield County. 

Mr. Urbanski has been in the recruiting profession since 1994.  Upon graduation from Purdue University, he began his career working under the tutelage of Mary Iannarino and Peggy Mativi at JT/SG & Associates, now known as Solutions Staffing.  From 1994 - 1997, he performed a variety of searches for firms in the greater Columbus area, gradually moving into higher-level technical recruiting.  From clerical and administrative support to manufacturing managers, pharmaceutical laboratory professionals and senior accounting talent, Jeff learned the details of many position types and industries. 

In 1997, he joined URS Corporation, a 25,000-person international engineering & architecture consulting firm.  As the first regional recruiter in URS, Jeff provided recruiting assistance for an 8-office territory comprised of locations in Columbus, Cleveland, Cincinnati, Dayton, and Akron, OH, Washington, DC, Toronto, ON (2 sites) and also other locations as requested.  He filled positions from CAD drafters up to division and operations managers throughout the region.  Most frequently requested searches were in the senior project engineer/architect to project manager level.  Engineering disciplines included transportation, municipal, MEP, and structural, both buildings and bridges.  Architectural project types encompassed health care, aviation, education, corporate, commercial, and governmental.

Ms. Bernadette Day has recently joined Exceed Services and will bring additional capabilities to the firm.  Having spent several years in the financial & mortgage industries, Ms. Day has been recruiting in the medical field and will expand the range of search capabilities Exceed Services offers.
