Transportation engineering 

Miami (Doral), FL - Traffic Engineer - The qualified candidate must have a Bachelor Science degree in Civil engineering, or Planning. Registration as a Professional Engineer in Florida is desirable. A minimum of 4 years of traffic engineering experience in the following areas: Traffic operations and safety studies; Highway capacity and level-of-service analysis including use of analysis software and traffic simulation models; Including intersections and freeways; Traffic signal phasing and timing; Traffic regulation and guidance including signs and pavement markings design; Traffic Impact Studies Conducting field studies and data collection such as but not limited to speed and delays, observation regarding traffic conflicts, traffic operations, vehicular and pedestrian counts, signs and marking inventories, etc. The qualified candidate must have working knowledge of analysis software pertaining to roadway capacity and level-of-service. Louisville, KY, Cincinnati, OH, Providence, RI and Ft. Architecture/Engineering
