In loving memory of Trey Hunter, September 07, 1986 - July 16, 2003 The owner of Exceed Services also co-owned a restaurant known as Grissini Market & Cafe` from 2002 until 2005. This page is our tribute to a friend who left us far too soon. On July 16, 2003, a very special young man was called home. William "Trey" Hunter, a member of the Grissini family, passed away tragically on that day. We will never forget this spectacular young man, and will miss him terribly. Trey worked with us as a dishwasher & busser. He was never without a smile on his face and he went about his business with an energy and enthusiasm that is rare among people of any age, let alone such a young man. He possessed a work ethic that is second to none, and in terms of character he was cut from the finest cloth. His friends and coworkers remember him not as just a good worker, but as a good man and a good friend. He had an intuitive sense if you were not having a good day, and he did everything he could to put a smile on your face. It always worked, whether he passed along a compliment, diverted your attention, or just flashed that dazzling smile! His preferred nicknames were "The Dish Master" and "Lord of the Ladles", to give you an idea of his sense of humor. He was not just another employee. He was part of our family, and we will never be quite the same. The world has been diminished by Trey's untimely passing. Trey is loved and missed by all of us who knew him, and we can only thank God that we were privileged enough to spend time with him. You can talk about his accomplishments as a wrestler, football player, pole vaulter, actor and scholar (3.8 GPA), but we can only smile as we think about the gift of his association with us. We are better for having known him. Rest in peace, Trey. We love and miss you. Until we meet again....
